Shopfitting
The mainstay of our business and experience is our comprehensive Shopfitting service for retail, commercial and leisure facilities. We manage projects from concept through to completion and have earned a reputation for dependable, professional quality.

Project Management
With over 70 years combined experience MAS Shopfitters can minimise the risk in any fit out project. Combining services around Main Contractor, On-Site Management and Project Management we will manage the project from concept to completion combining our reputation for being on-time and within budget.
Acting as Principle Contractor we will manage other sub-contractors, all CDM requirements including documentation and compliance and be responsible for Operations & Maintenance file management.
Construction Design Management
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 places legal duties on those involved in construction projects; Client, CDM Co-ordinator, Principle Contractor and Designer. MAS Shopfitters has vast experience of the CDM process working with the CDM Co-ordinator and Principle Contractor and liaising with Clients and Designers.
We can ensure that regulations covering Health & Safety are followed in addition to generating documentation and processes with respect to Pre-construction information, Construction Phase Planning and the health and Safety file.
Joinery
MAS Shopfitters are widely regarded for their specialist joinery services and will manage 1st & 2nd fix joinery on any projects. We can provide a range of manufactured bespoke joinery to specific designs as well as providing on-site joinery as a specialist sub-contractor.
